1. Affiliate Onboarding & Account

To become an affiliate, you must register for an account and provide accurate and complete information, including your language proficiencies, areas of expertise, and payment details (e.g., Audocs account). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

2. Task Marketplace & Localization Work

TYCOON provides a marketplace where affiliates can find and claim localization tasks. Each task will specify the scope of work, source and target languages, workload, payment amount, and deadline.

Affiliates agree to perform localization work diligently, adhering to the provided instructions (e.g., localization_instructions.txt) and maintaining the structural integrity of files (e.g., translatable_fields.json). Work must be submitted by the specified deadline.

Quality standards must be met. TYCOON or the content owner may review submitted work. Substandard work may be rejected or require revisions.

3. Payment

Payments for successfully completed and approved tasks will be processed to the affiliate's designated Audocs account (or other specified payment system) according to TYCOON's payment schedule and policies. Payment amounts are as stated in the task details.

TYCOON may use an escrow system to hold funds until task completion and approval.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Content owners retain all intellectual property rights to the source materials provided for localization. By submitting translated work, affiliates grant the content owner necessary rights to use the translated content.

Affiliates warrant that their translated work is original and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

5. Confidentiality

Affiliates may have access to confidential information through localization tasks. Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from the content owner or TYCOON.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TYCOON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms
